Soul Power
Journey through a vibrant and fast-paced sequence, with lively transitions from one posture to the next, all while anchoring to the rhythm of your breath. This class welcomes yogis of all levels. Hot Pilates
Experience a fusion of intensity and gentleness in a class grounded in classic Pilates techniques. By integrating light weights, bands, blocks, and Pilates accessories like rings and balls, we zero in on the core, arms, and glutes. The goal? To leave you feeling elongated, sculpted, and rejuvenated from within. This heated Pilates session is designed to challenge your core while lengthening and fortifying your entire physique through mat-based exercises, delivering fast and unmatched body toning.
Power + Core
A unique class that merges yoga with low-impact exercises utilizing pilates rings, balls, weights, and bands. Tailored to continuously sculpt and shape the glutes, abs, and arms through sustained motion (time under tension). Flow with the vibrant rhythms of high-energy music, all meticulously choreographed and instructed by our owner, Jenna Wright.
Reform45
Designed exclusively by our founder, Jenna Wright, our hallmark 45-minute session is crafted to ignite a transformative sweat and resonate deep muscle tremors. Transitions are swift and fluid, while every move is not only safe and adaptable but also intended to push your boundaries. It's a harmonious blend of traditional Pilates methodology and the contemporary fitness approach of time under tension, ensuring a profound connection between mind and body. Heated Vinyasa
A slower paced version of our power class, you can expect longer holds and more breath per movement. This class welcomes yogis of all levels. Every Southern Soul instructor infuses their unique flair, music, and style into each session. Embrace the element of surprise!

Hot 26
This is a scientifically designed series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises intentionally sequenced to work the entire body - bones to the skin; inside out; down to a cellular level.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice, but not necessarily an easy practice. Yin yoga works deeply into our bodies. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles.

Northshore Yoga
Nested in the heart of Northshore, Southern Soul’s original location offers a variety of yoga classes and styles for all yogis—no matter what level of experience. St. Elmo Yoga + Pilates
Southern Soul’s St. Elmo location offers both Pilates and yoga classes to add even more variety to our offerings. Our yoga offerings range from Power to Yin classes, and we offer Pilates classes on our customized hybrid Pilates reformers as well as infrared and non-heated classes on the mat. You can expect full-body functional movements centered around the core that will make you stronger both mentally and physically.

Level up your Pilates practice with the studio owner, Jenna Wright. Jenna's teaching philosophy seamlessly blends her commitment to the physical discipline of yoga and pilates with a profound emphasis on mental fortitude.
